Who we are
This app is operated by Canfield Holdings LLC, doing business as LA Sports World. References to “LASW,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Canfield Holdings LLC d/b/a LA Sports World.
Information we collect
LASW Operations Hub may collect sign-in and session information needed to control access, pricing assumptions and saved quote data entered by authorized users, and technical information generated by the app when it processes internal requests.
If LASW connects QuickBooks Online, the app retrieves account and financial information needed for pricing and overhead analysis, including the QuickBooks company ID, chart of accounts, account names and account IDs, account classifications and types, account mapping choices made in this app, Profit and Loss report totals and account-level amounts for selected periods, last successful sync time, OAuth token-expiration information, and connection status.
QuickBooks OAuth credentials
QuickBooks OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, company ID, connection status, and token-expiration information are stored securely in the app’s server-side database. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. The app does not intentionally expose QuickBooks tokens or the Intuit client secret to browser code, logs, or API responses.
How we use information
QuickBooks information is used for LASW internal pricing, expense classification, overhead analysis, audit views, and related business operations. The app uses QuickBooks expense data to compare actual expenses with LASW’s pricing assumptions and to help authorized users decide whether to intentionally adopt calculated values in the pricing calculator.
Sharing and sale of data
LASW does not sell QuickBooks data. We may share information with service providers that host, secure, operate, or support the app, but only as needed for those services or as otherwise required by law.
Hosting and service providers
The app may use Vercel for application hosting and deployment, a PostgreSQL database provider for app data, Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting data authorized by LASW, Google Maps Platform for server-side address autocomplete and route mileage, GitHub for source control and deployment workflows, and other infrastructure providers reasonably needed to operate and maintain the app.
Retention, disconnection, and deletion
LASW retains internal app data and QuickBooks-derived records for as long as needed for business operations, legal, accounting, security, or troubleshooting purposes. Authorized users may disconnect QuickBooks from the app. Disconnecting removes stored OAuth tokens from the active connection record and stops future QuickBooks syncs unless QuickBooks is connected again.
Disconnecting QuickBooks does not automatically delete historical account mappings, imported account metadata, saved pricing settings, saved quotes, or backups maintained by LASW or its service providers. To request deletion of app data or QuickBooks-derived records, contact LASW at info@lasportsworld.com. We will review deletion requests and respond as appropriate, subject to operational, legal, tax, accounting, security, and backup-retention needs.
Security
LASW uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the app and its stored data, including server-side OAuth handling, HTTP-only session cookies, database-backed storage, and encryption of QuickBooks OAuth tokens at rest. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
