Terms of use and EULA

These Terms govern access to and use of LASW Operations Hub.

Effective July 24, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement are between Canfield Holdings LLC, doing business as LA Sports World, and each authorized user of LASW Operations Hub. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Internal authorized business use

The app is provided for LASW internal business use only. You may use the app only if LASW has authorized you to do so and only for legitimate LASW operations, including pricing, expense classification, overhead analysis, quote preparation, and related business workflows.

QuickBooks connection authorization

If you connect QuickBooks Online, you represent that you are authorized to grant the app access to the applicable QuickBooks company. You authorize the app to retrieve QuickBooks information for internal LASW pricing, expense classification, overhead analysis, and business operations. The app is designed to use QuickBooks operationally as a read-only integration and not to create, update, or delete accounting data in QuickBooks.

Account access responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, sessions, devices, and account access used with the app. Do not share access with unauthorized people. Notify LASW promptly if you believe an account, password, device, or QuickBooks connection has been compromised or used without authorization.

Estimates and professional advice

Calculator outputs, overhead allocations, equipment-per-event calculations, route estimates, and QuickBooks actuals shown in the app are estimates and internal decision-support materials. They are not accounting, tax, legal, payroll, financial, or professional advice. LASW remains responsible for reviewing assumptions, mappings, source data, and final business decisions with qualified professionals when appropriate.

Availability and termination

LASW may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. LASW may terminate or limit a user’s access if access is no longer authorized, if these Terms are violated, or if LASW determines that restriction is needed for security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, source code, workflows, text, structure, and LASW-specific configuration, belongs to LASW or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or LASW intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, authorized users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for LASW internal business purposes.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, LASW disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. LASW does not warrant that app outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business decision.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LASW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the app. LASW’s total liability for claims related to the app will not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the user to LASW specifically for use of the app during the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the app, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
